Dear Friend,
Today seems to be a pretty good day to think of moms. If you can be in the same place at the same time with your Mother today, we hope you are enjoying this time together!

Frank and I wish you a Happy Mother’s Day.
If you aren’t a mom, may it bring you joy to think about the many wonderful and nurturing people in your life, and if you are a mom, we hope that you are feeling especially appreciated today.
Did your mother ever leave you notes? (It can't just be my mom that did that). Maybe she'd put a note in your lunchbox that said something like, "Have a Good Day!" or "Good luck on your test!" or "Don't come home until you find your red sweatshirt!" How about a mom note after school that asked you to do trash rounds, clean up your room, do your homework, feed the goats... I suppose they were hoping to teach us to do things without being reminded.
What would you say is the most important thing your mom ever taught you?
One thing that Frank and I have in common is our life-long love of nature; maybe it’s because we both had moms that told us to “Go play outside!”
Thank you for being here to read Tracks by the Post. Please Write and tell us about your Mom, what you learned from her, or just let us know how you’re doing. It's always a treat to hear from you.
We hope that you have time to go play outside today! Fresh air, bird song, nature’s colors…
Gently Be,
Leslie and Frank
